All orders placed in www.georgeartjewels.com are completed with SPEEDEX Courier within 1-2 working days from your order.

Shipping cost is 5€. For orders over 50€, we offer free shipping by Speedex.

WORLDWIDE

We ship worldwide via DHL Express (International Priority service) for Eu orders and FEDEX for non-Eu orders.

For orders over 100€, we offer free shipping for Eu orders with DHL Express (International Priority service).

We have tax reduction for countries that are not part of the European Union at the end of the order.

All our items are packed in a gift box with extra care and delivered with the safest packing, so that they arrive to you in perfect condition.

Your parcel is delivered directly to your address and a signature is required. For dispatch to PO boxes and APO with FedEx or DHL, please contact us before you proceed to payment.

*Duties and customs expenses will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Please note that for some countries such as Russia, where inland distribution for people (non for companies) by Fedex is impossible or problematic, only Hellenic Post option is available.

When Storing
Store your items in an airtight space, such as the jewelry box that comes with our products.
This will keep your jewelry away from humidity and other chemicals in the air.

When Cleaning
The best way to clean your jewelry is with a soft cloth made of cotton or fine fibers. Make sure the cloth is dry and very gently scrub your jewelry. Avoid using chemical cleaners.
