Online Orders:
You have the right to ask for return or exchange with another product, strictly within 14 days, counting from the date you have received your order. In order to ask for a return, the items must be unused and in original condition. Custom orders can’t be returned or exchanged.
By requesting a refund, exchange or credit, you will be charged with:
• The shipping cost
• The insurance cost (if applied)
• The product clearance cost (regarding non-E.U. Countries)
If you would like to make a return, please send an e-mail to [email protected] mentioning your order number, the reason for your return as well the preferable option (refund, exchange or credit) within the above period of 14 days. We will respond to you within the next 48 hours (not applicable at weekends).

For exchanges, the replaced item will be shipped by and to you under your expenses.
For refunds, the credit card used for the initial purchase will be refunded for the merchandise amount. Any shipping charges are not refundable. Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to post to your account depending on the credit card company’s processing time.
Change of already returned products will not be allowed.
Discounted items over 35% are not returnable.
All items sent by GEORGE ART JEWELS ESHOP have been carefully inspected ensuring that they are flawless and free of any defect. In the unlikely event that any item has a quality defect, this will be excluded from the above policies and your statutory rights are unaffected.

Repairs:
We handle all types of jewelry repairs in our workshop. The repair cost varies depending on the item. For repairs, shipping both to and from us will be at your expense.
